Update on our current trading situation during this Covid 19 crisis

As of Tuesday 28th of April 2020, we will open under Level 3.

Our opening hours are 7.30 – 5.30 Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

Bookings are essential – no walk ins. If you would like to prepay your booking, this can be done over the phone with a credit card or via internet banking.

Otherwise payment must be made on collection via EFTPOS – STRICTLY NO CASH!

Please pay attention to signage on arrival & follow all requests/instructions from our staff.

Entry into the building will be controlled. One person in the building at a time – 2m physical distancing must be maintained.

Upon entry to the reception area, you must sanitize your hands with the sanitizer provided.

You need to fill in our contact trace register as well as sign the hire contract.

When you leave the reception, please get straight back into your vehicle. You are not able to walk around & look at equipment etc.

There is a safe collection area in the drive-thru – we ask that you stay in your vehicle. Our staff will load the equipment into your vehicle ensuring no personal contact.

On collection, our staff will advise where the equipment will need to go on return as our safe return areas are outside the building.

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized on return.


All of our staff are following good hygiene practices as well as regularly cleaning the reception area & our work areas.

Please be patient with our team, we are doing the best we can in this new environment.


Hire Periods

As we are working split shifts, the hire periods are as follows.

2hr hire (must be booked on the day- not prior to) – these 2hrs MUST be between 0730 & 1200 OR 1300 & 1730

½ day hire (4hrs) – MUST be from 0800 – 1200 or 1300 – 1700

1day hire (usually 8hr but under these circumstances is 24hr) – MUST be from 0800 – 0800 the following day or 1700 – 1700 the following day.

The equipment MUST be collected & returned within the same shift of staff. This is for your own safety as well as the safety of our staff.

The person who picks up the equipment must bring it back so that it keeps our staff’s public exposure to a minimum.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS! If the equipment is not returned by the organized time, you will be required to hire it & pay for it until the following day.

Unfortunately, the Party Showroom is closed until at least level 2. If you require any sale items or hire equipment, this can be pre organized & prepaid for contactless pick up.
